Swami Vivekananda is educated in India and his English is due to India being a British colony at that time. And Swami Vivekananda is not just some ordinary person he is very intelligent and sharp.

Brothers the right word would be Sanatan to encompass all religions as one and not the word Hindu . The true umbrella is Sanatsna , hindu is more a recent political ,geographical circomstancial and cultural identification . All religions are Sanatsna .

So the story behind these speeches is that this is the first time Swami Vivekananda spoke at any International platform. Obviously no one knew him then and as such he was given just 5 mins to speak. However everyone was so impressed from just these 5 minutes, especially with his beginning the speech by addressing the audience as "BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF AMERICA!!" that he was asked to speak again and then again and then so on! After listening to these speeches, now we can understand why it was so!!! 😊❤

Only the conscious mind holds biases. Any atheist or agnostic, if s/he explores their subconscious and unconscious minds through meditation and self-exploration, will find that these deeper layers of minds hold totally different views about the universe, life after death, and cosmic eternal intelligence. These atheists and agnostics should also explore their dreams, to know what messages these dreams are conveying to them, as all dreams contain within themselves, the hidden qualities of one's own personality, which lie buried in the deeper layers of the mind - consciousness stream.

Consciousness is somewhat like Space in the cosmos, its the base for physical existence to manifest... Its everywhere and when a soul acquires a body, it facilitates to live in the world and when the body dies, consciousness will then be in a potential state again existing throughout the cosmos. Consciousness + energy = physical matter/universe

1:16:34 There are many Christian and Muslim monks in Ramakrishna mission (Hindu). I've heard the same thing as you said. They identified as Christian and Muslim Hindu because after they became Hindu monks they need not to convert to Hinduism because there is no process in Hinduism to be converted to Hinduism. Infact, Supreme court of India famously declared Hinduism is not a religion but a way of life.

@@makingchangestudios5119 I am a bengali from India from the same state Vivekananda belonged to that's why I know...and as far as the voice is concerned it was recorded by a bengali actor in the late 1900s.. Bengalis in general are very good with the English language...

One's mind always chatters, and it needs to be stabilized to think in right direction. Images are representation and thats it. If the person thinks that the image of the god is of the real god being then clearly he is not having clear understanding of it because he doesn't know the origin or context of it. Men keep comparing apples to oranges. Well you are free to do so:)
