When the power gets cut, my router turns off for a second and turns back on via home inverter. But it then takes like 2 mins to turn back on, very annoying.

Just make sure ISP is not close to where you live. If there is power cut in your area then most likely your ISP place will also have no power. If that's the case then the ups will be useless 😂😂

Problem with Inverter is that some (most in India) inverters take a split second to switch to their battery mode, and that split second power cut makes the Router restart, which takes a good 10-20 seconds.... Not a big thing if you only watch movies or scroll social media, but if you're playing games or doing online meeting, it makes a big difference. This is where this small UPS comes in handy

We don't get power cuts in the first place because of quality of electricity supplier. And if power cuts for 30 min( which does not happen even in a year or half a year) we can scold and abuse the supplier cause half hour is very late.

I brought the second one for 699 from cred and its a life saver! Even if the powercut is for a second, wifi will off and it will take 3 mins to connect back and again it will take time to connect to the laptop. During meetings it was a headache. This gadget resolved everything. Highly recommended.!

The bummer with this product is that - most if not for all ISP in India use a daisy chain method of providing a connection . So the connection to your house comes from a hub at previous house or office. And if they don’t have a ups or router then irrespective of a 2k or 12k router ups you won’t get internet 😅.

But due to power cut the ISP hub also gets power off, few large appartments have a battery to the hub but most doesn't have battery. So if the hub is off you won't be able to surf the internet even when your router is on.

Well Just get the USB to dc wire for 5.5X2.5 mm and convert your power bank into UPS , if you have power bank you are just a wire away to make it as a router UPS.

Your way to sell a product is good but don't compare the prices if they don't have a massive difference, i was interested in buying this product until you told that its price is 2000, and just before that you said that UPS is very costly 2-3k or may be 5k but you have to then sell this item in 200, 300 or 500 to show the price difference, you made a person see an add, but the style of comparison won't make him buy. (just a marketing suggestion)

I had issues with Wifi UPS as my connection was inconsistent the ISP service team highly recommended removing this as it provides insufficient charge to router/modem due to which signal/connectivity drops. Not sure how true it is but have removed this and put the modem on inverter backed connection working fine now.

atleast you have a sim card in phone, that works with recharge, and these days sim card recharges comes with internet bundled. why dont you use internet in sim. people who can afford wifi must be having inverter connectivity in their house during power cuts. in short- this device is not a 'must' have its a 'optional' have. and only very specific situational people should have it.
