I bet years back CMR went fishing at the wharf at Ft. Pickens. I caught a spanish mackerel there.

From past experience visiting those type forts, it is probably an ammo magazine for extra gun powder and rounds for the cannons.

WOW! How amazing! Thank you for taking us along! I think I would have died walking all that way but so glad that you are young and adventurous enough for us both! You are like how I used to be! As I've gotten older things aren't working like my mind thinks I can so I have to only do small walk abouts. Man in my younger day I'd be just like you and want to go into those dark places! 😁 Thank you for wandering around and I'm so glad you're getting out and enjoying yourself.
