ichilanga mulilo means allowing the to groom and the family to eat food when they visit the brides family house or tbey may be able to eat at the wedding after this ceremony

She’s only there when they’re preparing the food, but once the food is taken to the grooms side she’s not supposed to be there. Only representatives (we call them Bana Chimbusa)

@@mukemediafilmsno, baba chimbusa do not really stand out at this ceremony. It is the father’s sisters and the mother’s sisters, aunties and cousins from both parent’s families. That is in proper Icibemba culture.

What you call a white wedding, is UKUSEFYA UBWINGA AKASUBA AKATANDA IMONO MUCITEBO CABUTA. Do not do wedding receptions at Night because it is not of ICIBEMBA CULTURE. ( Nabwila, UKUSEFYA UBWINGA KASUBA.
