This shengnada amti turns out chamchamit and zanzanit. Solapur special lasun shengdana amti is a real quick recipe. If you are bored of having the same amti or varan or fodniche varan then this is the best option for you. It needs very few ingredients those are readily available in your kitchen. This amti doesn’t need too many fancy ingredients. It looks tempting and tastes just awesome. I am showing you authentic recipe. Some people add tomato, onion in it. But that is the variation for traditional recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• 7~8 grated Garlic cloves
• Curry leaves
• 2 tsp Sunday masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 cup roasted Peanut powder
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves (Optional)
Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, garlic and mix well.
• Add curry leaves and fry for about a minute.
• Add Sunday masala, red chili powder and fry well.
• You can use Sopaluri masla or any other masala you use regularly at home.
• Add roasted peanut powder and fry well for about a minute.
• Add water, salt and mix well.
• Simmer on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add coriander leaves.
• Mix well and amti is all ready.
• You can have it with bhakri or it goes well with rice too.
