Your food looks very good and healthy. However if you would let them serve food on their own plates with a serving utensil, they would be less likely to spread germs. Also this way you can put food on your son’s plate for him to eat instead of him just eating French fries. I would never allow them to pick around in your dishes with their own chopsticks.

Ricos en HIERRO los EJOTES, al igual que los Frijoles . Me gusta prepararlos, cortándolo de tamaño de un centímetro cocinar en agua con sal, escurrir y mezclar con huevo Y freír en mantequilla. Les llamamos tortitas de EJOTEZ.
