I definitely feel like the crown card is very much about the wrongs committed against you and not being reactionary when people aren’t actively trying to harm you. The other forgiveness card makes me sing that taylor swift “its me, Hi, I’m the problem its me” song 😂

YES this is what I feel like... one card is about accepting forgiveness or being empathetic towards others mistakes whereas the other one feels like it's more about taking accountability and being willing to seek forgiveness. I think?? lol

For the forgiveness cards, it seems to me one could be for asking for forgiveness and the other could be for doing the forgiving. I feel like you were working through it on camera 😊 I think this is a great box and those cards are just stunning! Thanks for sharing 💗

I'm gonna need to add that hedge book to my tbr or possibly pitch it to the book club sometime 👀 The forgiveness cards were talking about giving and receiving forgiveness. Because there are situations and times in which we find it difficult to forgive others while other times we're the one that causes the hurt and pain so it's important to be mindful of those instances when we need to be the one to ask for forgiveness, or even forgive ourselves.

Hi, I feel that 35 is sending, offering, giving forgiveness. 34, is accepting, receiving and, feeling, the forgiveness sent to us. I feel the cards should be the opposite way around xx

Hi Lisa, thank you for sharing this box! I haven’t read the guidebook, but my feeling about the 2 Forgiveness cards is that the first is to project forgiveness to others by leading with love, not easily offended, showing patience, etc. The 2nd is about the forgiveness we need personally (towards ourselves and from others to us). Beautiful messages. TY! ❤

That deck looks really good. Just wish they'd either done all the seasons, or the sabbats, would have got the card number up a bit too. It's still a half temptation, would love to hear how you get on.

It always low-key bugs me when you put in one season or one sabbat instead of all in a non-seasonal deck. Like I get it if it's a fall deck and you have one samhain card... or something? But if your deck isn't specific to a season - give us all if you're gonna give us one! Lol

This deck really reminds me of an older deck that I found second hand called the Enchanted oracle (Barbara Moore/Jessica Galbreth) though that one leans a little more "goth". The guidebook also has both "oracle style" messages as well as practices. Weirdly, it also has a "Autumn Splendor" card and a "spirit of Yule" card but no (obvious) spring/summer cards....That doesn't stop me from wanting the one you just unboxed though...

Thanks for sharing. I don't drink tea, don't use incense, don't use oracles much, and I'm not a witch, so these gift boxes are usually lost on me. But that doesn't mean I don't love watching somebody opening presents!

No. I am with you. I don't enjoy tea and it's been a major turn-off with the witchy subscription boxes.

With that deck, it's really aggravating that they didn't include all 4 seasons for cards. With only 36 cards, there's no reason they couldn't have done them all. And the forgiveness cards definitely feel repetitive.

I'm thinking one of the forgiveness cards is about offering forgiveness and the othe other is about asking for forgiveness... the way one is receiving a bird and the other is sending out a bird.... you know? I think that might be it. Totally agree on the seasons.
