Hard to justify calling a watch with no day/date wheel a "Do It All' model. I'm not expecting the host of fussy and almost never needed show-off complications like moon phase and so on, but day and date are genuinely useful. No regard for symmetry? well how often are the hands in a symmetrical position?

This is a seriously good looking watch, dressy but also sporty and definitely elegant. My preference would be the blue dial variant on the leather strap. I also like the clean dial sans date complication. I've found Hamilton watches great from my experience.

Well that 34mm watch is now a dream watch for me. Clean, sporty, versatile and a great size for my tiny wrist which can be tough to find outside vintage.

Wow, what a great-looking piece from Hamilton! I would've preferred a date at the 6, but it otherwise hits the mark (great 38mm sizing, steel bezel, super clean dial and colors).

I always thought the Jazzmaster collection was great except for the case size. They did brilliant this time around by sizing it down to 38mm.

Perfect timing! I am on the look out for a blue dial everyday watch. Do you know if the blue will come with a bracelet at any time? I've had a look around and it is only paired with the strap at the moment

Very nice watch!! I’d be interested but- - -I’m 74 and retired so without a date window I’d be lost😂. Still I’ll look at the different dials to see if it is s good fit with my other 3 Hamilton, a Khaki Field, blue Panda Chronometer and black PVD(??) coated larger titanium

Very attractive. Like very much the brushed bezel and the fact they included some lume...enough to read the time after walking into a dark place after being outside, but you almost don't know it's there otherwise. I do think an applied Hamilton logo might look pretty sharp on this.

Seems like a nice watch. Can anyone explain the purpose of the numbers on the bezel for the 34 & 38mm non-chronograph models? The bezel is fixed.

Thanks Teddy, at last a watch review that actually mentions the accuracy of the movement. Hamilton have just come onto my radar with this model, great looking watch, although personally I do like a date complication. I have been looking at the Maurice Lacroix Aikon with blue dial, which I think is a really sharp looking timepiece. Now this Hamilton has me in two minds. Would you say the Hamilton is a better buy?

Beautiful new watch from hamilton well done to the designers at hamilton this model is a future classic. Very versatile piece it is classy and sporty, it as the right size 38mm and very clean looking with beautiful finishing. Perfect for the price. When less is more... this is it! It remind me of the Zenith Defy Classic but for 4 times less the money.

This is a beautiful watch; Hamilton is probably my favorite overall brand - they’re consistently that good. This watch is too small for my wrist, but I can still appreciate how handsome it is.

The case shape/ lugs looks like a Grand Seiko, even the hour markers on the bezel is like one of the GS' GMT's a bit.

Ahh having a hard time deciding between the blue or the gentleman blue. Does anyone know if the bracelet on the black is removable for a strap or what bracelet I can get for the blue one?? I want the bracelet but I can’t seem to find the one for the blue dial.

Those dimensions are perfect! I wish they would make a khaki field with the lug to lug like these. I am selling my khaki mechanical for that reason because I don’t like how long it looks on my wrist.

Hamilton has impressed me with a bang on accurate hand wind mechanical watch [that they quoted was 36mm, but is in fact 33mm, but I totally forgive them for that] and my sexy PSR that is next level cool. They are on fire and others should take note.

@@01egna I've owned two different ones. One 1.6K Chrono and one 2K Chrono. Both of them came with the seconds not hitting the markers. The Intramatic 68 even had one of the subdial hands completely off. Not ok.

That's an excellent design. I've had one Hamilton - the Khaki King Auto, and flipped it after a few months because the total lack of AR coating drove me mad. You could never see the dial details, and half the time couldn't read the time either.

Think I would've preferred it if they left the bezel plain. Or maybe changed it to gmt print and gave it that Caliber 80 gmt movement that Mido uses. That could've been a sweet watch. Does it have a ghost date position on the crown?

It means the bezel is fixed. No rotation. 60 is always at twelve o'clock. Note the elongated second hand makes precision timing easier against the fixed bezel.

If this had a polished bezel with no numbers on it, it would be literal perfection. Also, how are they gonna put a screw-down crown on a Jazzmaster model before a Khaki model. Nice watch but I’m confused at what their thinking was.

Hamilton made several 38mm khaki field limited editions with screw down crowns... sadly not standard production. I hope to see a premium khaki field some day, with a even nicer movement, sliding clasp and 150 meter water resistance.

I’d prefer a higher beat rate for a smoother second hand, no minute markings on the bezel, no lume, and a synthetic strap. Keep it elegant and simple.

Beautiful watch. One question: I love the blue dial variant with the blue strap, but I’m looking for an everyday workhorse watch. Are leather strap watches a bad idea if that’s what I’m after? I assumed I’d be going for either a metal or a rubber / resin bracelet. Can you wear leather every day for years? And how easy is it to swap this with another bracelet? Many thanks and get a lot out of this channel

Easy swap clasp on the factory leather. Any appropriate sized after market band will work. Try Holbens if you want a quality aftermarket band.
