Rabbi Enrico beautifully said. I understand all that you have just mentioned. All of what you just mentioned is not unfamiliar to me. This is exactly what the Gnostic concept and the understanding of the garden was. There is just a little twist but that twist is an untwist which evolves into 1. I wish other teachers understand this concept in that way there will be no division it all would be as one. What bothers me so much is the division of humanity, the racism that is a big one. i feel cheated! i was never taught these things as a child ! i am sitting here listening to this feeling as if i already knew this but hearing it for the first time and i will be 64 this 2023 now what!

We now know the exact location of the Garden of Eden because the Bible has revealed it to us, but not in the way we expect. Eden was a physical place located in the Middle East, not far from the present city of Jerusalem. The Song of Solomon, which has been incorrectly regarded as a love or romance poem, reveals the location of the orginal garden of Eden in chapter four of the Song. Eden was located in a place which is known as Lebanon today. The river that flowed from Eden and which became four headwaters was caused by snow melting from the mountains of Lebanon (Song 4:15) Jeremiah 18:14 asks the following question. "Does the snow of Lebanon ever vanish from its rocky slopes? Do its cool waters from distant sources ever stop flowing?" God planted his first garden in Lebanon and Satan came and defiled the garden, causing God to reject the defiled garden ( but not rejecting the trees) and to choose a new garden which God will soon reveal in Jerusalem. This is the reason why the first Jewish temple built by king Solomon was constructed using timber that came only from Lebanon ( 1 Kings 5:6), where God had originally planted the best trees including the cedar of Lebanon ( representing the spirits of human beings). That is also why king David's palace was built with wood obtained from Tyre in Lebanon (1 Chronicles 14:1). Even when Zerubabbel rebuilt the first Jewish temple, he used timber obtained only from Lebanon (Ezra 3:7). All these were clues dropped by the Holy Spirit to help us identify the original place where the garden of Eden was located. The Song of Songs describes the trees found in the garden of Eden as follows: "Your plants are an orchard of pomegranates with choice fruits, with henna and nard, nard and saffron, calamus and cinnamon, with every kind of incense tree, with myrrh and aloes and all the finest spices. You are a garden fountain, a well of flowing water streaming down from Lebanon" (Song 4:13-15). I have a lot more evidence on this and other biblical mysteries revealed through a Spirit-led reading of the end-time Book known as the Song of Songs or Song of Solomon. So glad KZfaq provides two dozen plus versions of someone interpreting the story about Eden. Somehow, all but two fail to mention how Satan tried to interrupt the seed line of Adam. If Christ was to be our redeemer from before the foundation of the Earth, how was the fall of mankind NOT part of the plan? The original sin was not disobedience.

The story of Adam & Eve is metaphorical to illiterate how the vices are born through the consciousness of the body, the illusion of the self, and how sin is the expression or the consequence of that illusion. It's a story how Body Consciousness (the fall) defeats Soul Consciousness (virtues). The first vice is Ego (false knowledge) This is the false recognition of humans as male and female as oppose to a “Soul” who we truly are. This was the first mistake humans made, so we became body conscious (sinful) and all other vices took birth from that first vice of Ego.

The garden of Eden is gods green earth. Mankind running around naked. To be thrown out of the garden is to be entered into the law system we know as of today. You are a person/ corporation in civil law.

How do we interpret the story of the garden of eden? We can just ask the talking snake. She would know though tends to be a little bit verbose.

Actually, I didn't see where Marya commanded anything about the "touching the fruit"; that appeared to be something added by Adam/Eve. Even the serpent quoted the command, without that addition. ;-)

This explanation is devoid of spiritualism...very platonic and carnal. The bible says God would hide his word from the wise and prudent and reveal it to babes and sucklings. You are literally making all of this stuff up... watering down the actual words of God... saying that there was no curse as the result of Adam and Eve's disobedience to God... I don't know the last time you had to work in the soil just to be able to eat but trust me that was a curse!
