This is an excellent presentation. So nuanced and so logical. And something which just wouldn't occur to one unless one was made aware. Thank you :)

Others Unexpressed Expectations are our word until we express that they are not 🤯 Our own Expectations are communicated and agreed upon to be our word

I really want to understand, but I do not. Integrity is important and this presentation just belabours the point. What am I missing? Got fed up after 28 min. Anyone can help me understand?

I work with fortune 100 companies using mainly Michael C. Jensen’s model of integrity. What parts are confusing for you?

Operate with consistency Use "enlightened self interest" rather than attempting to be selfless Work with others and do your best to follow the expected code of operation Let others know what to expect and follow through If you fail to follow through accept it and explain when you will if you will Be humble and understand that you will not ever be perfect It defines integrity more as being whole and complete than simply not telling a lie

I'll never hire someone who said the above, someone who doesn't even have 55 minutes to spare to learn something very important.
