Good video! N.O.S. has two of my favorite rides. We have been to DL many times and New Orleans several. Sad that their gumbo and jambalaya taste nothing like the real thing. I'll have to look for the video with you making the gumbo. I've made it a few times, but I'd love to try your recipe!
