Animation changed in a way that was perfect for this short. I’m loving that all this backstory is available for us ahead of launch. It also seems like they’re doing a version of Wolverine that has gotten his memory back and just kinda, knows everybody because he’s been around forever.

Well, in comics Magik has close ties with half of the cast(Dr Strange, Wanda, Nico - her magical friends. Wolverine, Storm - her friends from X man. Deadpool - her pain in the ass and favorite punching bag)

My only real complaint is no Daredevil or Punisher 🥲 but hey maybe if it sells well and we get really lucky they can be part of a second season pass. Game isn’t even out yet and I can tell you i would definitely by a season pass 2

So every short seems to have a different animation styles like _Love Death + Robots_ . First episode looked like Prime Video's _Vox Machina_ and this one is more like Marvel Studios _What if_ style. And about Damn Time I got to see freakin' Wolverine in any sort of animation. It's like Logan appearing on _What if_ Disney+ series. I am thrilled! 😍

@@pheenmachine Yeah I don' t know Nico or Magik either tbh that well given they're more recent editions to the Marvel Univrese so I'm looking forward to getting to know them more through the game Magik's portal skills look pretty cool. whereas I grew up wit hSpiderman Iron Man Hulk and Wolverine so I know them a lot more. Though I think it'll still be cool to chill out with them as well. But yeah it looks lik ethey'v eput together a good cast of VA's fo rthi sgame. And sometimes yeah they do hire the real actors to reprise their roles for video games as I know Patrick Stewart has reprised his role as Captain Picard in some Star Trek video games and as Profeessor X of the X men too I believe.

Likely because their skills are not solely damage output but also buffs , debuffs , crowd control etc. Those are all typically considered support skills.

@@johnathonhaney8291 Disassembled was the first reality break. Before that she was only taken over and controlled by Chthon and Immortus. But both of those situations were very brief and didn't keep her away from the Avengers for very long.

@@TragoudistrosMPH Very different, Illyana in the comics has a long history, but in recent times she's really cool, she's a badass fighter, powerful magician, has a weird and sometimes morbid sense of humor, and curiously enough, in the comics she is a real team player and very loyal to her friends, in fact Dani Moonstar is one of her best friends

Marvel should just stick to using Wanda in animation projects, at least there you can show her abilities and magic without limitations the MCU makes excuses for! @@johnathonhaney8291 Yeah Steve Blum's a good VA been around a while he does voice a lot of more aggressive characters and does it well. He voiced Oghren in Dragon Age Origins and Grunt in the Mass Effect trilogy so he definitely knows what he's doing.

Well I can understand her. Every time she is in a team she ends up hurting people one way or another, indirectly or not. I would be afraid of teams too
