YAY for loose pants! I have a meat aversion too. Sometimes I can handle it and other times nope. I've been looking up ways to eat lentils and beans to help with it. I'm not glad you are dealing with it but it's nice to know that I'm not the only one. It's been one of my biggest concern heading into surgery.

Hi! I'm making my way though your entire catalog here and finding it really helpful! I'm day 2 of pre-op liquid only. Eeep! I am also worried about not drinking whilst eating but I have a workaround that I'm wondering about -- what if you sipped warm bone broth with meals? Wouldn't that count for protein AND satisfy that desire to drink and eat? Thank you again for sharing & for your authenticity!
