YOU ARE SUCH AN INSPIRATION. Thank you for the videos you're sharing, they've been an incredible help. I'm just over a week post-op and found you a couple of months ago.

YAY for loose pants! I have a meat aversion too. Sometimes I can handle it and other times nope. I've been looking up ways to eat lentils and beans to help with it. I'm not glad you are dealing with it but it's nice to know that I'm not the only one. It's been one of my biggest concern heading into surgery.

Hi! I'm making my way though your entire catalog here and finding it really helpful! I'm day 2 of pre-op liquid only. Eeep! I am also worried about not drinking whilst eating but I have a workaround that I'm wondering about -- what if you sipped warm bone broth with meals? Wouldn't that count for protein AND satisfy that desire to drink and eat? Thank you again for sharing & for your authenticity! If you ever visit the Delaware beaches, I'd love to to treat you to a healthy smoothie! Cheers! ~Gwyneth

That is a clever workaround! I think the big worry is the liquid pushing the solid food through too quickly, though, which could cause dumping and make you hungrier again faster. But, with the protein in the broth, that could stop the hunger! The beaches of Delaware weren’t on my list before (due to my own ignorance), but now I’m going to have to look into going!!!
