Its always been hard to diet and drive a truck,not made easier by the fact you do local and then get a couple of nights out,a tramper has a better chance of a diet as he can plan his food by cooking in the cab every night.

You’re not wrong bud, I’ve started to bring eggs to work for snacks now too. Easy to boil and snack on when waiting to be unloaded. For the dinners I’ve got a fridge so I can bring meats and cook them later on

Great video Darren, Might be a proper stupid question but do you find it easier sticking your head out of the Truck than a Car? Hahaha Also good luck with the Diet, Could always ask for no bun on the burger to tie in with your Carnivore diet. I think personally for me Keto sounds more do able, Not as strict haha.. That pot hole going into Toddington Services was bloody shocking!!

They need to sort that car park out, I think it’s one of the worse for potholes. As for the reversing it’s a lot easier as your higher up and bigger windows 😆 your window is nearly at waste height, so you just remove your seatbelt and lean out.
