The long-requested tutorial video is finally here! I hope this video can help anyone who wants to get into stop motion or improve their current skills by showing off some of the basic aspects, which is all you need to create something incredible!

This helped me so much! I use to do stop motion around 3 to 2 years ago but stopped because I didn't see any progress, and I couldn't find any videos that gave a good explanation on how to improve, but this has helped me so much I appreciate it!

I like on how you said how many fps you said, I use 12 fps and also use stop motion studio, I think this is a really good tutorial for everyone who wants to make stop motions

WOW, I never thought we'd get this but WE HAVE! thank you so much for this tutorial... there are a lot of who have needed this. I already do most of these thing in my own videos. but I'm gonna try out VN. I use Imovie :) also, I have a question. Why don't you mask your frames?

Masking the frames erases the shadows and to me it doesn’t look right, as if the figures were added in in post, it’s mostly my personal preference

@@brick.legacyninja yeah, that does happen, but I’ve seen some people just add shadows in afterwards! I don’t mind the clear bricks, I don’t mask them out either in some short videos!

This is helpful for my Brick films but how many frames do you take for like 12-15 fps

It depends on the animation, for example moving an arm can be 6 frames
