My thoughts on the bridge are if the engineering is still intact enough to keep it safely, then they should consider doing so for the heavy trucks to ease congestion. I totally agree with you. Some of the places still have lots of garbage around, and it's because of people just throwing unwanted things around and anywhere. Once it's a great post.
