Although I think Honda's are designed very well, there are still some things that are just not designed very well. The rear body panel on these Odyssey 's is one of those designs. I've learned some tricks after doing a few that make them alittle easier but still never fun to do. Check out how it 's done

I applied the same measuring principles to a rear body of a 2016 Sequoia and the a new rear body panel. My reasoning was that the panel collapsed inward causing the body to shift inward as well. After measuring the damaged rear body and the new panel, comparison measurements matched exactly. Also, lift gate opening measurements were on point as well, so no extreme shifts.

Seen a few American's now sanding spot welds. we only do that when you can't get to it with a spot weld bit on a drill

sick build. Do you think someone at home if they have a frame machine can accomplish a quarter panel replacement or rear fix like you have done in this video or other videos?

There are portable frame pulling equipment with the price range of $2000 - $3000 which can accomplish rear body pulls and other pulls. These portable pulling equipment offer 10 ton pulling force, more than capable of pulling a rear body. The only minor set back is, measurements will need to be done by hand rather than a 3D measuring systems. Some rear body damage may not affect rail position, but it's good practice to check if rail ends were compromised
