This is a hard song to play with the slide on your finger the whole time. I think this is the best of any guitar player covering it. Great job dude!

The intro, I think, is the hardest part to play with the slide on. A solution is to put on the slide while you do that big slow bend at 0:26. Good luck! Edit: Also look at where his thumb is when he plays the intro. Keeping it there might also help a little.
