The delicious tropical fruit was always spoiled on the long sea journey, but as a delicious mango chutney it quickly started its success story in Europe and the USA. In this video, we show you how you can easily make mango chutney at home. It's a fruity and tangy dip that goes with everything. Chutney for barbecues, chutney for burgers or, my favourite, chutney for cheese - this recipe enhances every dish.

📝 Ingredients for 1 jar (approx. 200ml):
1 mango (unpeeled approx. 300g, should be firm and not fully ripe).
20g ginger
100g raw cane sugar
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp coriander seeds (amzn.to/3482pAe*)
½ tsp black mustard (amzn.to/34evKJ7*)
1/3 tsp aniseed (amzn.to/345ekPe*)
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp lime juice
Salt
