On behalf of the legions of Harry Gant fans, I sincerely thank you!! He's a great man, and one of the best drivers ever!!! Why is this man not in the Hall Of Fame?? Pull your head out of your ass NASCAR!!!!!

Mister September needs his place. I'd love to see these drivers rack off 4 in a row, let alone at 51yrs old. Much respect..n finished 2nd in the 5th only because he ran out of brakes n Dale beat him

A great driver and person. We were lucky enough to see him win in person. My wife loved him and she was able to get his autograph after one of the Martinsville races. He was so nice. Love to see him in the HOF.

Harry Gant was in days of thunder when Russ wheeler bumps Cole trickle in to Harry Gant during the final race and Cole says 'Wheeler knocked me in to Gant and Gant spun out' a moment to remember

My son and I were lucky enough to meet Harry Gant at Columbus Motor Speedway along with Jeff Bodine and AJ foyt. Probably around 1989 or 1990. Harry qualified well but his car blew up in the feature.Jeff bowdine and AJ Foy finished first and second respectively. This was when the stars were still allowed to race with the local talent at the local tracks. Right after that they wouldn't allow it because Bill Elliott and Rusty Wallace showed up the following year and only race against one another. You probably could have done a whole another video with Harry Gant running the Ed Whitaker Racing Buick in the Busch grand national series.
