Had Thoma's vision been taken away, I bet he would wake up with amnesia every time Ayaka or Ayato would try to help him, or talk to him asking them who they are/who are they to Thoma. They are the reason as to why he got his vision. That vision hunt decree was cruel to many who depended on their vision.😭✋🏽

Fun Fact: The Sakoku decree in Genshin Impact, the decree where Inazuma was to be secluded from the outside world, was an actual decree in real life. Japan did indeed have a Sakoku decree, and Japan did indeed shut itself from the outside world. That is, until powerful people from a foreign land came and opened the country...
