Finally caught up on the series and just saw my goalie has amazing potential!!! I honestly feel kind of bad about that since I had to end my membership but apparently EA wanted my member slot to go out with a bang…hopefully lol

I've noticed this sometimes, and don't know if anyone else has. You check progress at the end of the year, and high potential prospects won't grow much, then the next season they're 6 more overall than what their growth showed. Dunno if ya have seen this Cyn. Yes!! Try a 72 goaltender next year.

@@greghernquist3694 yeah the offseason jump is something that happens. At the ‘reset’ in mid September prospects will rise in overall in addition to the growth throughout the year. I talk about the offseason jump but maybe I’m not clear on what I’m talking about but it’s essentially this :)

You can also sell your guys for established young players instead of just draft picks

@@zach7922 yep I usually do that in the 3rd-5th year of a rebuild to line up developments and such
