They are awesome! I do 30 minutes with 2 5lbs weights doing curls and close and open thigh exercises. I lost 15lbs along with cutting out sodas any all sugar..

⁠@@biagomes1864Epsom Salt doesn’t do anything. Is just 7 Oxygens bound to a magnesium sulfate. You’re just adding water to water. The sweat and heat alone should be enough to help with your skin.

Its 90% steam. A 15 min hot shower or bath is more effective and takes up less space, while you get clean

yeah steam rooms actually make you sweat less because the water blocks your pores, so you end up feeling way hotter than you would in a sauna with similar heat since your body is able to cool itself down in the sauna.

It’s not more effective because the shower has an opening letting air in . Trust me I’ve had multiple portable saunas over the years. That’s like saying a steam room and shower are the same.

@@DeanndraNunnery I did but the brand that I have it won't let me adjust the temp until it goes all the way up so I have to wait a while and then I have to wait for the temperature to go down to what is comfortable for me. If the product has a video watch to see if you have to wait to adjust the temp to adjust. Sometimes we don't have time to wait or have to plan ahead. I once unplugged it so the temp can go down quicker and it was still hot for a while to use. It did help but I have to plan ahead.

Is it a steam room or a sauna? Or is it the same? I thought a sauna was dry heat & a steam room was steam?

it’s a steam room. I’m yet to find a portable sauna that gets to 80 celsius. Most of these portable saunas work on steam and get to 50 celsius tops

We’ve had for a while and so far no stink! We just make sure everything is fully dry before folding down! I’ll usually just wipe down with a Clorox wipe after each use. Especially the chair. The bottom has a mat you can throw in the wash!

You’re not sweaty it’s spraying water on you. It’s a steam room not a sauna sauna is dry completely different effects.
