My lovely brave dad who sadly passed away on the 14th July 2018 thank you so much Jerry he talked about this day all the time we had this played as his Coffin was carried from the church.

One of these days, I hope to sit here with my dad, brother and nephew.. Hopefully Jerry and I can play and sing this song together.

I no nothing about Fishermen or lsland people iv been to aranmore once even I'm from ramelton but the first time I heard this song I thought omg what a tribute to the brave men and what a song well done Jerry

Lovely song i wach this video often I've been to the island a few times never met Jerry but will the next time my young girl noelle sings and wants to have a sing song in Jerry pup some time
