Recently got a pair of the ice cream colorway and it doesn’t have the heel knobs. I wonder if they decided to ditch them on newer pairs. Saw foot doctors review and he said the knobs caused some achilles pain or discomfort. Thoughts?

Have you tried to bend the shoes? They bend exactly at the mid foot area, which should not happen to basketball shoes lol (it would make your arch/ankle vulnerable to injury )

I actually didn’t notice that while bending and twisting them and I also had no issues while playing with them

I think tts to your US Nike size would be best unless you have very wide feet

No if you lace them really hard it’s good. Or if you have a pair with those heel knobs

If you have narrow feet for sure, if you have wide feet I recommend going up half a size

Hi bro I think one of the shoe u have is v1 and the other is v2 the funny thing is the purple colour way is the v2 I think

Ohh I see so it’s similar to the anta shockwave 5 v1/v2 or way of Wade’s 808 3 ultra v1/v2 - didn’t know Rigorer also did that, thanks!

If you don’t need a lot of impact protection, yes. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend as cushioning is minimal

I think durability is better on the ar 1 but cushioning for concrete is better on the KD
