Update your graphics card drivers.
Uninstall the KB3132372 update.
Remove the Norton Antivirus software.
Change the Comodo firewall settings.
Make sure that the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service is running.
Create a new Neat database.
Rename the Skype folder.
Viruses or malware can cause problems with Windows programs, including causing them to stop responding. Make sure you have an antivirus program installed on your computer, and that it is fully updated. Then, run a virus and malware scan to check if your computer is infected.

i know how to fix connection lose Step 1:search system configuration Step 2:Open it!!! Step 3:click services When u see enable all click it and restart it and done your connection will back Warning!! if does not work it's not my fault

Trust me bro, This guy is capable or should I say... a fool to make other people fall for his shit, in order to fully destroy their PC operating systems. SERVICES MUST BE ON AT ALL TIMES TO MAKE THE OS RUN PROPERLY, NOT TO BE STUPIDLY TURN OFF, AS THAT MIGHT MESS UP THE REGISTRY FOLDER, AND DESTROY THE OS FULLY! Sorry for caps, But this must be read.
