You may have seen this on my Instagram as a live stream, but I break-down the contest in more detail in this week's video. A simple eating contest in Houston, PA--30 minutes south of Pittsburgh. Contestants have one pumpkin pie in front of them. First one to finish the pie and stand up wins!
If you saw it on Instagram live a few weeks back, you'll know how I fared. Sitting two spots to my right (your left) was the four-time contest winner, Austin, who put up some seriously fast times of less than 2.5 minutes in previous years. Will he keep the title in 2021???

Guys (my Mouth Maniacs)--my saying used to be "stay hungry, and stay healthy!". But I'd like to alter it to "Stay Healthy, then stay hungry!" because your health should always be #1, and only then doing what you enjoy can come next.
