You know every sacred place has this positive energy, i feel at bliss when i enter temples or am near them, its like my senses go numb and i feel calm. My mind is at ease, nothing meets this feeling, sadly i have to wait another year to go back to my homeland. Most the popular places are crowded, like Shrinathji which i visited two years ago, i will go visit some other temples but i want to spend more time in quit places.

Loss of objects, peoples is to make you aware impermanance of everything, so in long run you will find it was necessary for passing to next level. May the lord shower you peace and bliss earliest. Thank you for sharing as it will help to relieve sufferings of many seekers.

never carry a camera or cell phone to Bhagavad Dham... You wont be able to relish the ultimate nectar of Dham, as you'll constantly be distracted by them. I still remember going to Jagannath Puri last year with Iskcon devotees, and not carrying my camera and phone along was the best decision i had made. While travelling i felt all relaxed and free.. In your (Kunti ji) case i can understand you are a foreigner. But this is for fellow Indians.

Hare Krishna 🙏 I can understand your point, prabhu, but there is also so so soooo much value to documenting these memories to revisit when you’re back in the West. Sometimes memory fades, but when you can go back and watch the photos or videos, it’s like you’re there again! I’m so grateful and indebted to all the devotees that take the time to record or take photos of the Dham, otherwise we wouldn’t have any!!!
