📌Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Milk 500 ml.
Flour 200 grams.
Butter 30 grams.
Dill.
Cheese 60 grams.
Olive oil.
✅Cooking method.
Add 3 chicken eggs.
Add some salt.
Mix well.
Add 300 ml milk.
Mix well again.
Gradually add 200 grams of wheat flour.
Do not forget to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen.
Mix well.
Add the rest of the milk (200 ml).
Add 30 grams of melted butter.
Chop the dill.
Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and without lumps.
Grate 60 grams of cheese.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Cook the pancakes on both sides until done. This is usually 30 seconds on each side.
