Looks good value. The late series 1 cars are probably the prettiest of the Shadows.

Is your car still for sale? What is the mileage and how many owners on v5 please?

Hello, yes it is for sale, the mileage is circa 62,000 miles and it has had 2 documented speedo changes along with MOT records supporting this. From me memory there are 8 former keepers but I will check in the file later.

While you're checking can you tell me if it has the hydromatic suspension and is it all RollsRoyce service history? Does it have rear inertia reel seatbelts and picnic tables?

@@Southerncarsuk even rarer opening quarter lights Passenger mirror Pick nick tables but i did change those over from another silver shadow i bought but unusual it was also a late shadow one with opening quarter lights registration on that one in the past was ( IT ) so who ever bought that car new had a few quid with the plate and option's

Wow, that’s terrific value, if I heard you correctly, £9,995. For a 1976 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, last year of the Chrome bumper model. Lawrence Millett and Ian Grange, respectively always sold fine cars, so this shadow must be a great car.

@@paulpalmtree9295 thanks, it is a lovely example, but sadly the market for these hasn’t caught up with my high opinion of them yet. If I had any sense I’d keep it ….. as my dad would have said.

Absolutely true. I met and had good Conversations with your dad on two or three occasions, at his Princess Parkway showroom. A very wise, polite and astute man, always gave me good advice. As you have said, you’re dad would more than likely advise you to keep the Shadow, at least for the time being.
