That is a very good question, from what I remember maybe a thread on reddit, you could reverse image search to see the original source maybe

Maybe both slap rot and dust bunny are gimmicks that has something with dual elements like Pokémon has 2 types like slap rot 💀 💧 and dust bunny ⚙️ 🍃
