Was proudly part of the USJ Choir in Beirut, Lebanon before having to move back to the US after all the crisis Lebanon had to endure and is still enduring over the past years. Yet, Yasmina is still introducing us to more cultures through music. I am so happy to see people from India commenting on this; they are familiar with the sounds, they grew up listening to the beautiful beats. I am also so happy to be able to be introduced to different cultures through music. If there is one common language that defines us, that defines humanity, that expresses our emotions, whether happy or sad; and that we can all understand, and that we can all agree upon...it would definitely be the language of music.
