A short video about the find that may be of interest to railway history enthusiasts. Recently, while walking, I found an old railway nail that was used to attach rails to sleepers along the route of the historic narrow-gauge railway. It used to run from Warsaw through Piaseczno, Grójec, Tarczyn to Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą. Today it runs only on weekends as a local tourist attraction on a short route from Piaseczno. Such nails can still be seen on the preserved - I think the oldest - sections of the tracks. I am going to give the find to the local society that takes care of the narrow-gauge railway. And here on the channel, from time to time I will try to show more interesting facts related to the old narrow-gauge railways in Warsaw.
