this brought me a lot of comfort. thank you for sharing this. as someone who prefers late nights and late mornings within a society that looks down upon this schedule, it can feel lazy and unproductive even when it is far from both of these things. thank you for giving permission to have a schedule that looks different from the rest of society.

Continue to prioritize your health and happiness. It will give you the most fulfillment and longevity in life. TL;DR Keep drinking those morning coffees. Forget the societal pressures to perform a certain way.

Good stuff, it's too easy to be hard on yourself for not having the "hyper productive" routine. I've found myself logistically focused in the AM/Day and creatively focused in the PM, so I just try to focus on maintaining a rhythm that comes naturally.
