Hey Brian, A few years back I had the same thing happen. No matter what house I went to things followed. You don't need a ghost hunter in fact all you are doing is feeding its energy. You need a priest who is well versed in spirits/demons. You can find one by calling a local church and asking if there is anyone there they know. If there is a well known psychic in the area who is experienced in crossing spirits that would also help. I would also advise seeing a shaman who can tell if there is something attached to you if so, they can remove this. I've had attachments before too. Anything you have whether that be Ouija Board, tarot cards ie: anything to contact the other side throw away. In terms of protecting yourself salt baths daily (sea salt in a bath) dunk yourself in it. From there I would give up the ghost hunting because all you are doing is inviting negative in.

Also I noticed in your videos you never set boundaries with these spirits, you have to let them when you don’t want to be bothered as you would any living being… you also need to start telling them goodbye when you’re done talking to them because that’s leaving the door open for them to communicate with you / mess with you as they please.

Instead of the ghost saying “you’re welcome” as in when someone says thank you that is what they say. They could be saying that you are welcome into that room or your home.

Burn incenses(cedar, Yerba Santa, rosemary, juniper, myrrh, frankincense, Palo Santo, Tibetan, sandalwood). You can use salt(spray salt water in every room, clean surfaces with salt water, use Himalayan salt lamps). Plants like lavender and frankincense essential oils. Just stuff I know by researching. Also Rug, the haunting/spirits might not be about your house but because of something that might be attached to you.
