JYP ENTERTAINMENT (Twice, Wondergirls, GOT7, ITZY 's company) has
a cafeteria where they only serve organic and eco-friendly food for their artists.
This is an episode of Bobblessyou unni visiting to JYP Ent. cafeteria!

[edit: fuck the company] I can’t say that JYP is an amazing company cause they have flaws too. But out of all the others even if it’s earning less than other companies. They spend their profits on their artist welfare, the rules he makes are reasonable and at the best interest of his artists. Some has even said that he made them whether trainee or not to go to counselling so their mental state too is healthy. He acknowledges that not only does physical health matter, mental health matters to. He encourages his artists to try not to date unless they are 100% genuine about each other’s feelings and both reputations won’t get affected or their work does not get affected. He wanted to have a 5 year dating ban but he decided to change it to 3 cause he knew that if he had 5 the artists are more prone to keep it a secret and still date anyways. He makes sure each member in the group is prepared to debut and when they do he promotes them well, not the best but he has one management team for each group in his label. If he feels that a member is not as good he makes sure he gives more opportunities to them to improve. I’m SKZ survival show people were mad at him for eliminating Felix and Minho. But Minho was a very quiet and timid person on the show and he lacked confidence sometimes. So I think JYP eliminates him so he could spend more time practising than having to be on the show and put up a front. For Felix he was struggling a lot with korean and that would be a problem if they debuted so JYP made sure he also had more time to improve his korean, even despite his skills being really developed. I think JYP already had the decision to bring them back and it was more or a benefit for the entire band. With DAY6 even though they don’t do stages most of the time, in the new building they upgraded their room to one with better sound quality and try his best to give them their own freedom to make music. Because he was once in the industry he understands the hardships that every artist goes through. He does not impose diets for them but advises them to eat healthy and watch their weight because as idols he knows they would get judged a lot for their weight. He spends a lot on his artist even though they don’t get huge forms or stuff like that he tries his best to help his artists and keep the rpomisises he made to the parents. Unlike some companies like *cough*cough* YG they care more about the image of the entire company, trying to invest more, acting like he cares about his artists but not even knowing about so many things that go on. It’s quite hilarious that despite it being a big company he wouldn’t have helped his artists because they are in need but are helping them so they can shut up about certain topics.

Tiffany Kaye you do realize 3 million won is literally just about $2500 right? That probably wouldn’t be enough for a day for the whole company. But he did actually say they’d spend about 2 billion won (~$1.8million) a year on food

식당 관계자 입니다~ 1월부터 전직원 무료 제공되고있으며 연습생들은 전부터 무료 제공이었습니다. 와썹맨때는 진짜 예고없이 오신데다 그날 사골칼국수라 전복이 많이들어간 전복죽과 튀김등이 나갔는데 방송에는 잘 설명이 안되있더라구요 고기는 무조건 끼니마다 제공됩니다 고기 없으면 직원들도 별로 안좋아 하세요~

저게 다른 사람들이 보기엔 낭비라고 생각하는 사람 많은데 박진영 덕분에 저기에 납품하는 업체,유통업체, 요리사,심지어 청소아줌마 등등 경제에 엄청 이바지 하는거임 옛날 못살았을때나 기업인들이 자린고비 소리 들었지 요즘 같이 먹거리 풍족한 세상에선 박진영같은 사람이 사회에 기여하는거임 원래 돈 많은 사람들이 많이 써줘야 소비가 늘어서 경제가 도는거임 JYP는 이쪽 업계를 넘어서 다른 업계로도 뛰어드는 초대기업 될것 같다

마이너스라고 생각안하는게 대단한거같아요 그 연습생들이 커서 아티스트가 되고 그대로 회사에 수익을 가져올거니 투자한다 + 어린초중고학생 연습생들 부모들이 jyp 믿고 연습생 보낸건데 밥도 잘 못먹고 다닌다고 생각하면 부모나이뻘 박진영이 스스로 걱정해주고 챙겨주는거 아닐까 싶어요

@@mint5923 연습생식사는 무료맞습니다. 그리고 박진영이 연습생별로차이는좀 있지만 데뷔조에 가까울수록 품위 유지비라고 용돈도 40~80까지도 준다고해요. 돈이 급하면 알바혹은 다른 허용되지않은짓을하다가 사고를치거나 옷을 허름하게입거나 하는걸방지하고 차비정도는 챙겨주는거죠 계약할때 이미 다 낸거라고말하셨는데 뇌피셜이시잖아요 그럼 신사옥 옮기기전 그니깐 식당이 있기전에 계약한 연습생들은 식당생기고 새로 계약했다고합니까? 그리고 계약을 했다고한들 유기농 식단을 무료로제공 받는데 그 가격이얼마일까요?

@@user-mw6qp8zg5z 무료라는 의미를 다르게 생각하신거 같은데요.. 최초 계약시 포함해서 계약 후 회사에서 복지에 돈을 얼마나 투자할지에 따라 다른거죠 jyp는 그걸 중요시 생각해서 저리 좋은음식 지원하고 하는거고요 지금 당장 돈 안내고 먹는다고 무료가 아니라 최초계약시 지불하였기때문에 지금 돈을 안내고 먹는거에요

I think that JYP E. and Big Hit E. are the best companies for talented people that want to become artists. They really care about them and they let them work on their own music/style. Also, they really treat everyone as family and that's very nice...

어떻게 보면 그저 밥을 주는 것만으로도 충분할텐데 좀 더 비용을 써서 유기농을 쓰고 이 식당을 매체들 통해 잘 흘림으로서 상당히 영리하게 마케팅을 하고 있네ㅎㅎ 중요한 영업 중 하나가 미성년자인 예비 연습생들의 부모를 설득하는 일일텐데 이런 부분들이 유명해지면 여타 경쟁사들로부터 더 나은 인재를 영입하는 경쟁의 승률이 오를듯
