We designed this candle because, to us, the month of April gives us so many reasons to rejoice: longer (and brighter) days, the welcoming of warmer temperatures, and the rebirth of nature as animals wake up from hibernation, birds return to their homes, and we see new life in the form of baby animals.
Within this candle, we wanted to create an environmental landscape that
represents our wave goodbye to winter and our welcoming of this spring rebirth in celebration. We aimed to create a candle that made you hear the birds sing and feel the magic of what happens when the sunlight and raindrops are present at the same time and a most beautiful rainbow is formed. To us, yellow and green signal the arrival of spring as seen in the chickadee playing in the grass, the adorable yellow duck floating in a pond of blue water, and a parakeet perched on a lovely spring flower.
