Praise God! Another marriage restored! Look out satan my marriage is next!

My marriage started to fall apart suddenly on 2017.. with seeking God and focusing on His works in my life while my husband is away, I found God perfectly working even when I thought He's not. My prodigal husband, in God's grace came home on December 2020. Now, we are happily working things out, fixing our marriage under God's guidance. Keep standing, like you vowed, for better or worse.

Please pray that God will restore my marriage. My wife of 22 years has filed for divorce. I trust that God will change her heart and mind.

I am standing for my restoration. I sat on my couch and asked God to speak to me about what is happening this season. I felt I was supposed to worship. I started to scroll through KZfaq and past all the cooking videos and my daughters craft feed was this video. I am part of RMM and I knew this testimony marriage video was God reassuring me that my marriage will too be restored. I cried when they washed one another’s feet. I have a similar story to the wife and have worn a new wedding band on my finger and many people may think I am crazy but thankfully I am not alone. Praise God for this beautiful testimony or redemption and love.

Lord Forgive me for whatever happened, My husband left me last July 22, 2013 23 yrs of Marriage, he called me from work and said that he didn't want to be married anymore and he wasn't coming back home. To my understanding- it is when one party (a Christian) marries another person (whether Christian or not), even though their previous spouse is still living. When 2 Christians marry who neither have another former spouse living, a covenant marriage is formed. A covenant marriage is for life, and God is the third party. I don't believe God is behind a non-covenant marriage, as that would be adultery from a Biblical basis.

CT answered. I will just add that it does not only apply to Christians. God created the one flesh relationship (covenant marriage) with Adam and Eve...before Christians, before the seed of Abraham. As Jesus said-marriage was from the beginning :-)
