So this video was originally copyrighted incorrectly and no matter what I did I couldn't change it. I decided to just mirror the video and that seemed to work, however, It may make some parts look weird. Thanks for watching!

I don't kmow why but Ryuk's last words always kind of make me tear up. He sounds exhausted, like even though he knew this would eventually happen he sounded a little sad. It just gets me.

L didn't solve "nearly" every case he's been given- He's solved Literally every case he's been given- The Kira case was the only one he failed at.

The reason I said that is in the bb murder cases book *technically* Naomi Misora solves it. Although it could be argued L did first.

Light was not a god by definition of course, but his mind and intellect had godly capacities. That’s what i think he meant every time he said he was a god: that he was the most intelligent and no one could beat him because of that

The only problem I had was l not investigating other people with the early clues he had and eventually finding out it was light but because how smart he was and l just focusing on him the whole task force just got annoyed with l motive other than that and the ending I liked the anime although the ending is completely impossible one man got suspicious of Mikami somehow going to the bank same time as him breaking into the fault preparing a hard fake copy and rewriting 27,000 names in Japanese under a day I think the better ending was light winning or episode 25

@@obey2263 I just watched it. The video doesn't provide anything substantive. It has 3 points which are all stupid. 1. "There's no heaven or hell for Light to go to, therefore he must have gone somewhere" as opposed to not going anywhere, as the series heavily implies a total lack of afterlife, period. 2. "The opening shows symbolism of him in the Shinigami world, meaning he must have become a Shinigami", as opposed to indicating his gradual distance from his humanity or the role of a god of death that he fills in this world, or simply being a cool image to out in the opening. Either way the imagery isn't a canon thing that happened, so it's meaningless as evidence regardless of its meaning. 3. "The Shinigami in the psuedo re-release of the series looks sort of like Light if I perform some mental gymnastics. And look, he's so interested in the human world, that must mean he's Light", as opposed to being a Shinigami that's interested in the human world for the same reasons that Ryuk was.

You say that Light's world where everyone lives in fear is bad, however what about our world? Many people live in fear, minorities, political opponents, those in autocratic countries etc. So would a world where only people with ill intent live in fear really be worse?

Yes. The whole point of death note is that light is hiding. If people knew he was some kid with a notebook they wouldn't worship him. Why? Because that isn't cool. So he pretends to be a God and deluded himself into really thinking it. And since Light is one of the smartest people alive that pretty much means nobody else could have such an important role either.

Because that's how it STARTS. Light wouldn't be content with creating a world where only people with ill intent feel fear. They're PERFECTIONISTS. They operate like droids. He'd START by eliminating people with ill intent. But then..... time would pass. He'd get bored. And that gnawing NEED to PERFECT it even more, to take it even farther would kick in. He'd move on to lazy people. Then move on the the chronically sick or badly disabled. ANYONE who didn't contribute to his "utopia" for whatever reason would be marked for death. The fear THAT would cause in people with great intentions but bad circumstances..... Light is a Psychopath. They don't know how to STOP. At anything. They're droids, born that way. And never quit anything they've set their sights on. Until their chip (brain) is crushed.
