I had been keeping an eye on this nest from a distance for a while, and the day after I had filmed this family in the tree, there was a storm that knocked the nest to the ground. I kept my distance, because I could see that the parents were still feeding the babies, and they got quite noisy any time I was too near them in the garden. Unfortunately, the nest was destroyed in the fall, so it could not be placed back up in the tree, and the babies were gone by the next morning.
