People who don't understand baseball, just don't understand how good A-Rod really was... the PEDs helped his athleticism, but he would've been outstanding baseball player regardless (just like, say, Barry Bonds...). Without a doubt, A-Rod is one the greatest baseball players in history, just on numbers alone. For a guy that screwed up so much of his reputation by making dumb mistakes with awful timinghe certainly seems more mature and humble than ever before. Good for him. As long as his family and friends love the guy, and he does good for people... then exactly what is the point of hating on him, and continually shaming him, and mocking him... I just don't get it. I hope his good life continues.
