[Ripe Kimchi Rolled omelet Ingredients]
10 eggs, 1/4 of ripe kimchi, a handful of chives, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoned salt, a little bit of cooking oil
[Ripe Kimchi Rolled omelet Recipe]
1) Beat 10 eggs in a bowl.
2) Add 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoned salt, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
3) Chop chives, carrots, and onions.
4) Add 2T each of chopped chives, carrots, and onions to the beaten egg.
5) Wash the ripe kimchi in clean water, squeeze dry, and cut out the bottom of the kimchi.
6) Coat the skillet with cooking oil evenly and spread the egg thinly.
7)When the egg is cooked, place the ripe kimchi on the top of the egg and roll it up with the egg. Then pour the egg again
8) When the newly poured egg is cooked, repeat the process of pouring and rolling the eggs again.
9) If the omelet has reached the desired size, cook the 4 sides of the omelet thoroughly and evenly.
10) Remove the egg from the skillet and slice it when it's cooled down.
