It is an unauthorized boot-leg copy. So the sound has to be cut to avoid copyright infringement

This may be a good movie but Hallmark is so well known for cutting the sound partway through a movie, shame on you Hallmark.😡😡😡

When it a BOOT-LEGGED, illegally copied movie, they are required to cut the sound off in multiple spots. THIS IS NOT PRESENTED BY THE HALLMARK CHANNEL !!!
