Ben your a noble and honorable person for dropping all to help out another individual in distress. Sending my prayers to the dairy for a speedy recovery. Have a good week. We are finally going to see the light at the end of the tunnel here in a week or so.

Been a few sheds that have gone down around here in the last week. Yes, my neighbors who I help out on occasion ( The Brown Swiss farm ) lost part of their heifer shed, 1 dead, 1 injured out of 21. They were very lucky

My father-inlaws barn collapsed from snow couple yrs ago. 250 cows under the roof. Crazy how community came together to help with machinery and labor. Its a pretty grusome site.

Sad to see barns coming down. Had a neighbors barn catch on fire before and we got as many cows as we could out of the tie stalls but some we couldn’t. Hearing them Burning alive will haunt you. Having cave in and seeing that will haunt you but you gotta keep on moving. Hopefully things go well and they get their barn up and going again.

Glad none of the family was hurt but, that just breaks my heart😢. Sounds like a fantastic community pulled together in their time of need which can often times make all the difference❤

Reminds me of a fire back in 2010... neighbors milk parlor went up in flames. Rushed down quick with a tractor and a sled. Luckily all the critters were saved and no one was hurt. Dont think there's been many cave ins up here yet... all the wind takes care of any snow sitting on buildings. That sucks all around for this to happen...

Ben I think that you did the right thing by not posting any video of the disaster it is up to that person‘s post video if they want it is there a private matter and it’s their disaster and so I respect you I think that you were very honest and you have a lot of integrity and thank you for going and helping your neighbor!!

It's nice when a community comes together. It's terrible that something like this has to happen for people to stop there busy lives and help others. ( Constructive criticism) Next time you have shaky video footage use other footage or something that I don't have to close my eyes to listen to your story. Good commentary! Catch you next time!

Mother Nature is sob at times. What do you do besides farming ? You talk about traveling a lot if you don’t mind me asking
