She says the defendant and the defendant’s friend showed up uninvited to the plaintiff’s boyfriend’s party, and the boyfriend asked them to leave. The plaintiff says she and the defendant got into a fight, and the defendant tried hitting her with her car. She’s suing for car damages. The defendant argues she only hit the car because the plaintiff was attacking her, and she was trying to get away. The defendant is countersuing for car damages.

The plaintiff did chase the defendant down and rammed her vehicle. The defendant deliberately totaled the plaintiff’s car. They’re both ratchet, immature, and irresponsible. The man bounced between the two of them and he ain’t no good either. The children are the ones that will suffer the most.

I’m proud to say I’m a 35 year old black woman that has NEEEEEVER fought over a man. This case makes me sick to my stomach. Kids with kids 🤦🏾♀️
