Taking up pb in your 60s as your first sport and after years of being sedatary at a desk job is incredibly difficult on your joints and difficult to understand how to move on the court and hold the paddle. I've spent the last year getting myself in physical shape and taking pb lessons. It's been fun and difficult, but I'm so happy that pb is part of my life. Thank you for all your videos! 👍🏻
