I had a camp counselor who could come up with a song for any word we kids would throw at him. He was remarkable. This was in the mid 70's and I remember fondly his charismatic spirit and love of nature. Music is such an amazing gift.

I used my Needs pallet yesterday. It is still my go-to for the days when I need everything to “work” for me. It’s all there and all goes together for a nice neutral look with a little something extra. It lasted all day. I would love another full face pallet from you or several pallets in cool, neutral, warm and colorful…that would be amazing!

Hey Em! In my experience the two best things you can do for yourself in terms of physical therapy is 1. Follow through with your appointments 2. Do the stretches and exercises they give you regularly 😊 Physio has done my back wonders!

I needed to come and tell you the LAColors crème blush in the rosy mauve pink from Dollar Tree is absolutely amazing. The color is beautiful and it’s the first and only blush that has stayed on my face all day. Put it on at 730 am and at 430 it’s still there. I wish they had more colors at my store but if I ever see any I am getting it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS

If it's the LA colors gel blush in the Squeezy tube, Dollar Tree usually only gets that display once a year in the Spring. I think they had maybe 4 or 5 different blush shades. I picked up a few Because I knew they were good from last year. If you have a Dollar General nearby they sell a $2 version that actually has better packaging but I think it's the same formula.

I don’t know how you do it, but you have such a gift with makeup application-especially the eyes. This is the second palette you reviewed that created such a stunning look (the other was ND Yucca). No other creator (in my opinion) created a look that I felt brought the best out of the palette. You actually made this palette look amazing with this look. You have a gift. I can totally relate to your PT table experience 😊 I’ve been dealing with a pretty bad episode of sciatica for months. Every time I have my back adjusted, my chiropractor’s table gets that makeup print on the protective paper at the face cutout. He’ s reached the point that he just chuckles now!

Em, recommendation from the brand for the application of the Ilia skin serum: warm a few drops with fingertips ....then apply to the face and blend with hands. This will give the most from the pigmentation. Enjoy!!

Speaking of broken items from Ulta, I ordered aerosol hair products and nail polish products during their recent 5x points offer. I received it all today thrown loose in a bubble wrap envelope, including loose glass nail polish bottles. One of the aerosol spray nozzles was broken off. It's amazing that was the only damage. Unbelievable.

That nars eye brightener looks right up my alley because peachy/salmon toned shades dont work as well as yellow toned correctors and i think its because i have purple darkness versus blue-ish darkness.

Emily, I bought the two Tarte palettes because of you just before Christmas and it was a steal at about $35, plus points at Ulta. I haven't used them in a while and just used the blue palette the other day and love it. I bet it was a holiday limited edition and now they brought it back, condensed in one palette, and permanent. Thanks for pointing it out, and I won't need to buy the new one!👍 I love the Cosmos look you created, you never disappoint! I will eventually buy it when it goes on sale on the ABH site. I just recently broke down and bought the Too Faced Italian Spritz palette to enjoy for the summer. I used up the remainder of my Ulta points and will enjoy the palette for the summer. I'm glad I found the last palette in store, so that I can avoid ordering online. The last 2 times I ordered a palette, it came broken, just like everyone else has experienced. Ulta needs to do better!!😢

As someone who's worked in a physical therapist office for almost 20 years, makeup rubbing off on the table is something that happens alllll the time. I was in a car accident and have had various injuries over the years, so have had my boss work on me plenty, and it happens with lots of different foundations. And of course, it happens with patients, too. So don't worry about it all, it's definitely happened before!

I did physical therapy for my pelvic floor and the therapist always put a folded towel around the hole. And they always sanitized the tables. Take care and wish you the best!

I love your real life GRWM ideas! I'm a retired nurse (moonlighting as an online tarot card reader from home) with a passion for makeup, still put on makeup every day because it makes me happy! My satisfying but not exciting lifestyle includes going to the grocery store, walking in the park, doctor appointments, and staying at home cleaning & doing yard work.....full on glam is reserved for big events like going to Applebees for dinner lol.

I have been seeing a physical therapist for years. Since I am an avid tinted sunscreen, user, I always leave some behind on the table. Better safe than sorry. PT is sooo worth it! Keep up the good work.

I love love love love my Cosmos! Those duochromes are awesome. Very little, if any, kickup and no fallout. Smooth mattes and a great color story. And I like the balance of neutrals and color. I really prefer palettes that don't make me reach for something else to complete the look. What's not to love?

The more reviews I see of Cosmos, the more I want it, lol. I saw a look with it, where Galaxy is put all over the lid and then Quasar on top of it. It turned into a gorgeous green. 💚 I feel this palette can be use with a lot of combos, depending on your base color and it would be beautiful ❤❤ Also, so getting those loreal blushes, lol.

I just purchased the Ulta beauty tinted moisturizer that was spf35 I think in it and it seems very similar to the ilia product, light coverage and a little dewy not overly glowy pairing that with my essence powder foundation definitely a good combo for everyday easy makeup

Hi Em! I’m so glad you got the Cosmos palette! I Loove it and have only used it twice so far. I know I used Quasar as a light topper shade/halo eye and it looked so fun over that lightest tan shade. When I was at the chiro, I too had makeup come off but everyone places a very thin paper/face shield type paper down first and I was always thinking “what does everyone else wear here if they wear makeup/what doesn’t transfer😂?!” Your look turned out great with your new goodies!! ❤❤❤

I am glad there are so many positive reviews on the ABH Cosmos palette. I love ABH and until this one, I have loved all of her pallets so much but this one was a disaster. Mine arrived twice with the same upper left pan shattered, and 6 others I know the exact same thing happened. Then I saw 2 beauty you tubers who received theirs with the same pan shattered. ABH needs to address this but disappointingly they are not. I was surprised since I have never had these issues before. Their corporate people said they are aware so hopefully they will fix the issue. I won't try a third time though!

You make me want to play in my makeup again. And i LOVE that you've always recharged my excitement for makeup. I've been in such a funk for what feels like forever. I went from doing my hair and make up daily to only doing it when i have appointments or something to do (which is few and far between). I've been trying to make myself care again and have that feeling beauty products used to give me. I get that feeling when i watch your videos. Always have. Even though it's currently after 1AM and I've yet to fall aslee, I'm going to do my best to try harder today. I want to be fired up over makeupp again, and the fire has sparked.

I love show and tell videos Emily. The soreness will get better too the more you have your theraphy. I love the way the blush looks, it is so pretty. They do clean up the tables. At least they did when I was going for a long time. I think the finished look is very pretty. It all work together great Emily. I enjoyed this video and it was so much fun too. I got that word jukebox in my head too! Any random word can prompt a song in my mind!! It would be fun of every once in a while, along with your random thought, u had a song for the day. Also, waiting for your full face of minis/travel sized items
