You might say the Joestar stands are not from the req arrow, but they are. They get their stands from Johnathans body being stabbed with the req arrow by Dio, granting him TW and Johnathan TP. If you stab _any_ stand with the req arrow, even one that came from the req arrow, it will unlock a requiem form.
