I became an elf because of Eunhyuk. I couldn't help but stan him after seeing his dance. He is so charming and his personality makes him even more attractive. He is and will always be my ultimate bias 💙💙

As a Jewel (Eunhyuk's fans) myself, I can confidently say that this video summarizes our Eunhyuk very well 💙 Our Eunhyuk who is a talented artist, but also a funny guy, and has great personality so he is loved by the people around him (Suju members, staffs, hoobaes, colleagues). You even added more recent footages and some footages that most likely only have been watched by Jewels (like, if one wasn't a Jewel, he/she might not know about those footages). Some things that could be added for new ELFs 😇: 1. In the beginning of their career, Eunhyuk called himself as "self-illuminating Jewel boy, that's why his fans are called "Jewels". 2. In their 15th anniversary celebration, they did a vote between their staffs, and Eunhyuk was voted as someone who is the easiest to work with. There are of course so many things that could be added, but the video would be too long by then 🤣 So, thank you for this short but accurate video about Eunhyuk 💙🤗

I'm glad you think the video is a good summary of him! I'm indeed trying not to make my members guides too long - 15 minutes is the limit - so new ELF can get info without feeling too overwhelmed... which is hard when I'm talking about one of my biases 🤣 I'm also a Jewel so really, I'm happy you noticed those details about the footages I used! 4:00 Speaking of Hyukjae's soothing voice... you guys should definitely listen to his OST! It's called *"Today More Than Yesterday"* for the drama "Secret Queen Makers" which Leeteuk also acts in as one of the 6 "immortal messengers of beauty". His voice has this refreshing, bubbly vibe to it and we can see how proud Hyuk was of his OST in the press launch thing that they did! He practically promoted it every chance he got, Lmao!

I second this, it's a very beautiful song! I didn't add it because I wanted to focus on the "basics" and didn't want to make the video too long but... now that I re-listen to it, maybe I should have! So if anyone doesn't know the song and reads this, go listen to it ;) thanks for mentioning it!

It took me a long time to like Hyuk'. It's watching the live "Shirt" that it suddenly fell on me. Since then, my admiration for him has only increased. Basically, Shindong, then Sungmin, then Wookie were my biases, but Hyuk' stole my heart. He is so adorable and his music takes my breath away. A terrific artist.

In one of his YT videos, Eunhyuk said that he's always celebrated his trainee anniversary _(the day he joined the company)_ and in an SJ Returns episode, he mentioned how him and Leeteuk both joined in 2000, with Yesung and Donghae joining in 2001. I think they count stuff differently though, because officially and going by what the members mentioned, Hyuk was a trainee for 6 years. A group that I'm following started to say they were 9-year idols after celebrating their 8th anniversary. He failed his 1st audition a year before he got accepted, so I doubt he counts that. Maybe the reason why Eunhyuk says he's been a trainee for 6 years was because he joined the company in September 2000 and officially debuted in November 2005. And we can see in a variety show _(maybe from Weekly Idol???)_ he counts starting from the year 2000. Edit: _(typos are the bane of my existence. o7)_

Yeah, it seems they sometimes count stuff differently! From the info we have, Eunhyuk tried auditioning with DBSK/JYJ's Junsu in 1999, failed, and then tried again the next year and succeeded. So 2000 to 2005, it makes five years. Maybe the way they count can be compared to the way they evaluate their age (which changed recently if I'm not wrong)? Adding one year as soon as a process starts... I always find it very confusing so I admit I had to double-check his audition date while making the video!

한국에서의 년차와 년은 차이가 있어요. 기본적으로 년차는 어떤 일을 시작했을때부터 다음해 1년이 되는 날까지의 시기를 지칭해서, 2000.09.20-2001.09.19의 시기 중 모두 년차라 부를 수 있는데, 그래서 보통 직장러들은 시작한 해를 1년차라 부르고 그 다음해를 2년차라고 해요. 그래서 혁재는 2000.09.20입사 1년차 2001년 2년차 2002년 3년차 2003년 4년차 2004년 5년차 2005년 6년차의 연습생 기간을 끝내고 2005.11.06에 데뷔를 하게 되죠. 년은 일을 시작한 시점부터 다음해 일년을 채우는 날을 년이라 하구요. 그래서 혁재로 예를 들면, 6년차 연습생 이혁재가 5년의(5년2개월가량의) 연습기간을 마치고 2006년 11월 6일 슈퍼주니어로 데뷔했다 로 말할 수 있겠네요.
