Omg fr I started watching these bc I can’t sleep due to anxiety and ptsd. Still ended up drinking to sleep lmao, but these stories help peacefully sleep way earlier than I ever would’ve without. It calms me to watch the same ones over and over and knowing the words. Makes my brain think less.

The screen slowly goes black on most the videos, a full black screen would just be to listen to the audio version or patreon, since that is NO screen at all lol
